Mark is a Certified Data Processor (CDP) and has both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Miami University.

Gary M. Freytag
President / CFO

Gary, as president of Information Alternatives (IA), leads IA’s efforts in expanding its customer base into new markets including distribution, government and wireless. Joining IA as divisional president in 2002, he launched IA’s newest division, BlueRocket Wireless. Gary holds an MBA from Harvard and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Dartmouth.

Michael M. Jarvis, CCP
Vice President of Operations

Mike has been with Information Alternatives for over eleven years. He is currently establishing IA as a premier business solutions provider by developing an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) practice centered around Oracle and International Business Systems’ (IBS) ERP solutions. Mike has extensive project experience implementing ERP systems and enhancements, working with daly.commerce ERP solution, GEAC’s System/21 and Style/400 ERP solutions. He has managed customer support/satisfaction with several accounts, including John Morrell & Co., Sara Lee Foods, and International Specialty Products. He is an IBM Certified Specialist in iSeries Technical Solutions and is a Certified Computing Professional.
